I am Chinese, growing up in Zhejiang province where the most famous Long Jing Green Tea produced.  My tea knowledge started from my childhood of working with my parents in our family tea garden.  Now I have had my tea shop in London for almost 10 years specializing in premium tea directly purchased from tea gardens by myself. As part of my business, I also organize annual Tea Tour to China, tasting events and Tea training in the shop and for some of my wholesale clients. I am also a tutor for The UK Tea Academy which is a professional tea learning organization in London.
